Dynamic, breath-driven movement designed to improve mobility, increase stability, and address imbalances. We will flow through movements gently and mindfully to reduce stress and foster healthy body alignment.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a gradual progression that connects one pose to another, unifying breath and movement for a smooth flow. Vinyasa helps build strength and flexibility, improve lung function, and increase mobility. Also helps with calming and relaxing, and reducing stress.
Beginner Pilates Reformer
This class is a great way to get to know the Reformer machine, focusing on proper form and foundational Pilates principles based on long fluid movements and core exercises.
Intermediate Pilates Reformer
Experience a dynamic Reformer class adaptable to various skill levels, offering modifications and progressions for a personalized workout.
Advanced Pilates Reformer
Challenge yourself with advanced Reformer techniques, building on your Pilates practice for increased strength and control.

Welcome to Om Fitness & Training
We believe that fitness is for the mind, body, and spirit. Our studio, our workouts and our class schedules are aligned with intention to encompass these elements. The studio space is smartly designed to allow us to offer a wide range of complementary classes to support you on your fitness journey. Our boutique space allows us to give each participant the individual attention they deserve. Our classes give you the most complete fitness experience in the allotted time we have with you.
We get it. We are mothers, daughters, wives, caretakers, partners, pet lovers, business owners, employees, and volunteers too. We understand the things that compete for your time and attention. We recognize that each hour you spend with us in the studio is an hour you could have used doing something else – and typically for someone else. We know how hard it is to carve out that hour for yourself. We strive to honor your decision to spend it with us.
